The Broadmoor area of Colorado Springs is just a few minutes southwest of downtown Colorado Springs.  It is home to the world famous 5-star Broadmoor Hotel and the distinguished neighborhood that bears its name. Anchored by this majestic hotel and its 72 holes of championship golf this upscale and well established community boasts some of the most magnificent homes and home sites in all of Colorado.

The neighborhood surrounding the Broadmoor Hotel is equally upscale. With streets named Pourtales, Penrose and El Pomar visitors and residents are constantly reminded of the rich and colorful history of this unique neighborhood.
