Make Sure Your Home Makes a Great First Impression!

People usually decide within two minutes whether they like a home or not. The first impression is often the lasting impression. Buyers begin forming their opinions before they even walk in the front door, so it’s important for your home to look its best. A great strategy to do this is to pretend you're a prospective buyer. You've probably been looking at other homes, so approach your present home the way you look at other houses. Remember, even though you are a seller, it’s now time to look at your home through the eyes of a buyer.

Preparing Landscaping and Exterior: Many buyers will decide whether to consider your home when they drive to the curb. You should give special attention to the landscaping and exterior condition of your home.
